Under the applicable legal terms, the DEF allows the exchange or return of items ordered and received within a period of 7 days from receipt.

The Customer must therefore contact our team by email before proceeding with the return.

Only products that are in good condition with complete packaging will be accepted.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that respect the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the customer wishes to be reimbursed, we inform you that:

• The refund will be made by bank transfer.
• Shipping costs to our facilities are at the Customer's expense.
• The refund will only be processed after the detailed verification of the returned products .
